Mr. Iyer has successfully handled pharma businesses across specialities and therapy areas – Medicine, Surgery, Orthopaedics, Respiratory, Cardiology Gastroenterology, Dermatology, Neuropsychiatry, Virology, Oncology, Nephrology, Ophthalmology, ENT and Gynaecology before embarking on his dream journey for Women’s Healthcare.
Mr. Iyer’s wisdom and keen insight into women’s health inspired him to create Cibeles Pharmaceuticals Private Limited with a purpose, a vision to bring about a movement to improve women’s health and encourage women’s empowerment in India.
A pharmacy graduate from Bombay University (1983); Mr Sainath Iyer completed his Masters in Management with a Gold Medal from the prestigious Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies Mumbai (1985).

Mr. Dheer Shah, Director
A thought-provoking businessman with an eye for detail, Mr. Dheer Shah is a dynamic, young entrepreneur with a reputation for steering leadership as the Director on the board of BDR Group companies.
As Chief Finance Officer of the BDR Group, Mr. Dheer Shah has been pivotal in the group’s emergence as a Billion Dollar company (valued at Rs. 7500 Cr in the Year 2022)
Mr. Shah is the mainstay behind the rigorous capital fundraising and due-diligence processes with the Big Four Firm Deloitte for the BDR Group which has led to BDR being recognised as an established company among the pharma majors in India.
In his 10 years in finance and strategy, Mr. Dheer Shah has been at the forefront of devising the BDR Group’s financial matrix and a well-designed path for its future.
Mr. Shah is a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the Robins School of Business located in the United States.

Bringing enormous experience in Domestic and Global markets, Mr. Trushit Mehta has been an integral part of the operations at BDR Pharmaceuticals since the year 2008.
Mr. Trushit Mehta in his more than three-decade-long career has handled various aspects of Production and Quality – ranging from quality control and pharmaceutical analysis in drug development, to sourcing and purchase.
Mr. Mehta’s valuable contribution to leading Indian companies such as Cadila Pharma, Torrent and Intas Pharmaceuticals has been noteworthy in the development of new molecules and new formulations as well as setting standards in sourcing in the companies.
With his keen sense of business and deep understanding of product quality, Mr. Mehta has been vital in the development of the supply base for BDR Pharmaceuticals for the API, excipients, and primary packing materials.
Mr. Trushit Mehta has a Master in Organic Chemistry and is the President of Operations at BDR Pharmaceuticals International Pvt. Ltd.
